Mach Power Engineering manufactures and supplies electrical products including Oil Type Distribution Transformers, Metering CT & PT, HT & LT Switchgear, Busbar Trunking Systems, and Fault Sensing Indicators. We also provide project development, grid development, design engineering, and reengineering services. All products are manufactured according to industry standards; however, specifications may be subject to change based on project requirements and technical updates.
All orders and project agreements are subject to confirmation and mutual agreement between Mach Power Engineering and the client. Payment terms, including advance payments, installment schedules, and final settlement, will be outlined separately in the official agreement or invoice for each project or product order. We reserve the right to revise pricing based on raw material costs, project scope, and market conditions.
Our products are manufactured with strict quality control and are covered under standard manufacturer warranty terms, which will be specified at the time of purchase or project agreement. Warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse, improper installation, unauthorized modification, or natural wear and tear.
Refunds or replacements, where applicable, will be considered only in cases of manufacturing defects reported within the warranty period. Custom-manufactured products and completed project work are generally non-refundable once production or execution has begun.
